Saved Card Terms

Effective 8 September 2026 · Replaces the Saved Card Terms dated 4 August 2026, which stated that no automatic or recurring billing takes place

This document changes how billing works. The previous terms said a saved card never produces an automatic charge. Subscription plans do produce automatic charges, on the cycle you choose. Existing customers must be asked to accept these terms before any recurring charge is taken from a previously saved card.

1Two different things

You choose which you are agreeing to at checkout. Saving a card for one-time use does not create a subscription.

2Your authorisation for recurring charges

By subscribing you authorise Mikheil Chkhvirkia, identification number 62005029525, to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis. Before you confirm, we show you:

We send an email receipt for every charge. We will email you a reminder before any renewal charged annually, and before any charge whose amount differs from the last one.

3Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the billing page of your account, or by emailing mishikochkhvirkia@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle — we do not charge a cancellation fee and do not require notice. Removing your saved card also stops future renewals; where a cycle is already paid, access continues to its end.

4What is stored, and by whom

Card details are entered on the payment provider's page, not ours. Our payment provider is Flitt [confirm the exact legal entity name on your merchant agreement before publishing]. It returns a token representing your card.

We store: the token, the masked card number, the card type, payment identifiers, amounts, currency, status and timestamps. We never receive or store the full card number, expiry date or security code.

5Failed charges

If a renewal fails we retry up to three times over seven days and email you each time. If it still fails, the subscription is suspended: you keep your account and your Results, but included Credits stop being granted until payment succeeds or you choose another plan. We do not accumulate unpaid cycles as a debt.

6Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 14 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not want it, cancel before that renewal — see §3.

7Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refunds and Cancellation policy.

8Security

Payment pages are provided by the payment provider under its own security standards. We verify the authenticity of every payment notification we receive before crediting anything to your account.
